a sustainable kidswear collection
I used the meaning of the word Purpose as a lens to view the world around me.
I gathered images and visuals which inspired a series of textures and material explorations. One of which I took forward to make a garment.
The explorations represent the linear rhythm and transparency in a purposeful act.

Play is a kidswear collection, it brings back classic silhouettes in happy colours. The garments are all easy fitting and roomy, allowing for all sorts of jumping and running around a kid needs to do.
The sustainable approach:
All garments are put together using patches. Once returned, these patches will be opened and sewn back together into quilts. These quilts will elongate a fabrics life as well provide for someone less fortunate.
